PRe Plastics is a custom plastic injection molder and design company. Founded in 1986, PRe Plastics established itself as a complete plastic product resource. It accomplished this by offering engineering expertise to its customers to solve product issues and drive down costs. While the practice of most injection molders is to build tooling without providing design input, PRe Plastics coordinates with its customers' engineering departments to make sure that their products will function as desired, while keeping tooling and production costs at a minimum. For those customers without engineering departments, we fill that void, innovating with them, and typically at no charge.
PRe Plastics' creative design efforts and consistent performance has endeared us to our customers. While foreign competition appears attractive on the surface, our customers have determined that PRe Plastics' engineering expertise, inexpensive and lifetime guaranteed tooling, superior molding and second operations services and premier, friendly customer service offers them the total project savings they are looking for.
PRe Plastics has experienced phenomenal growth in a time when many of its domestic competitors have struggled. Our growth over the last few years has placed us on the Sacramento Business Journal's list of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies for 2006 and 2007. In 2001, we built a 20,000 sq ft facility, only to outgrow it within three years. In 2007, we sold this building and purchased a 70,000 sq ft facility. This new facility has equipped us with the space and capabilities needed to maintain our steady growth into the future.
